[News] Vietnam launches Central Livestock Testing, Inspection, and Certification Center

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the Central Livestock Testing, Inspection, and Certification Center I under the Department of Livestock.

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Phung Duc Tien thanked the Department of Livestock for its efforts. In recent years, the Vietnamese livestock industry has achieved impressive results. While it has provided food for 100 million people and opened up export markets, the livestock industry still has significant untapped potential. To achieve this, the development of the entire agricultural sector is essential. The Livestock Testing, Inspection, and Certification Center has been instrumental in this effort, actively contributing to effective state management.

The Department of Livestock announced the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh as Director of the Center. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Nghia and Mr. Pham Viet Cuong will serve as Deputy Directors.
